Work for the children 20/4/20 onwards:
16/04/20
Parents and children of Plant Ysgol Gymraeg Morswyn
I hope you are all well. The Easter holidays have nearly finished and from Monday onwards (20/4/20) we will be moving to distance learning – a new experience for us all !!!
Work will be shared on line on each Monday morning at the start of each week as follows;
PURPLE MASH + SEE SAW
Yr 0 (Mrs Evans), Yr 0/1 (Mrs Williams), Yr 1/2 (Mrs Owen) and Yr 3 a 4 (Mrs Hughes)
GOOGLE CLASSROOMS + SEE SAW
Yr 4/5 (Mrs Edwards) and Yr 5/6 (Mr Pritchard)
There will be 6 tasks shared each week – how about doing 1 a day ?
Everyone to complete this work and do your best PLEASE
Any problems you can e mail the class teacher or me or send me a text or phone the school.
THERE WILL BE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SEE SAW APP THEREFORE NO NEED TO DO ANYTHING WITH THIS FOR NOW
MORE INFORMATION RE WORK FOR NURSERY (MRS EVANS) TO FOLLOW NEXT WEEK
But it is not healthy to spend all your time in front of a screen so there will be other tasks that you can do away from a computer.
Everyone has taken a work pack home with you from school including Number and Literacy work.
Some of the tasks could include finishing these.
When we get See Saw up and running you will be able to take photos of your work and put it on See Saw. The teachers will be able to see the work and post comments to you.
Maybe you have to share a computer / device with other members of your family and therefore you will have to make a timetable so that everyone has a chance !
If you do not have access to a computer, Chromebook, tablet or phone YOU MUST contact me IMEDIATELY by phoning the school or sending me a text.
It’s a very difficult time for families. Mental and physical well-being and health is the most important thing during this time.
Stay safe and remember to get in touch if you need help or even just a chat !
Yours sincerely
M Roberts
